Oregon Governor Points Blanket Pardon for Marijuana

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown (D) “introduced Monday that she is issuing a pardon for Oregonians who’ve been convicted of easy possession of marijuana,” the Oregonian experiences.

“The pardon is for folks convicted of possessing one ounce or much less of marijuana, in pre-2016 circumstances, by which the individual was 21 years or older. Brown’s pardon applies in circumstances the place possession was the one cost, and there have been no victims.”
